This is a delicious and healthy blueberry smoothie that is lactose / dairy-free and vegan! It takes less than 5 minutes to make, and everyone in the family will enjoy them!

What you need

  • celery
  • banana
  • blueberries
  • vegan/ dairy free milk

How to make this vegan blueberry smoothie

  1. Add Banana and Celery to blender. Add Frozen Blueberries.
  2. Scrape the bowl a few times. Then add Cashew Milk. Blend until creamy.

  • 1 tablespoon peanut or almond butter
  • 1-2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • avocado chunks
  • pineapple chunks
  • touch of vanilla extract
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • protein powder
  • lemon juice and zest

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup cashew milk or almond, coconut, soy, rice

Instructions

  • Add banana and celery to blender container. Blend, scraping sides of container a few times.
  • Add blueberries and blend again.
  • Add cashew milk and blend until smooth.

Notes

Tip: Freeze bananas that have gone too ripe for your liking to use in baked goods and smoothies!
Optional ingredients to add to this smoothie;
  • 1 tablespoon peanut or almond butter

Banana can be frozen for this recipe.
