Peach Tea – Sweetened or Unsweetened
Peach Tea is the quintessential end of summer, drink! This Peach Iced Tea is super easy and special because the sun does all of the work for you! This tea can be made into a sweet tea, or just enjoy it unsweetened!

This peach sun tea is perfect for summer picnics and BBQ’s. Make a big batch and just put your drink dispenser on the table so that your guests can enjoy! So much better for the kids than soda, even if you do sweeten it!

What to use to sweeten peach tea
To sweeten peach tea, use honey or a simple syrup, which is just sugar mixed with water, boiled down until thick! You can also add peaches to your simple syrup, as I did with this blackberry simple syrup!
How to make Peach Sun Tea
Sun tea is the easiest beverage you can make!
- Place 1 family sized or 3-4 regular tea bags in 2 quarts of water. Wash peaches. Slice fresh, sweet peaches. If you’d like, you can peel the peaches, but this step is unnecessary.
- Place tea outside, or on a sunny window for 3-4 hours, until tea is your desired strength. Remove peach slices. Sweeten with honey, or simple syrup, if desired. Enjoy!

Why should you make this tea
- Incredibly easy. Takes less than five minutes to put it together.
- Perfect refresher for a hot summer day.
- Great to serve at picnics and BBQs.
- Even the kids will enjoy it and it is so much better for them than soda.

Will frozen peaches work?
Sure. Frozen peaches will work fine. They probably won’t be as pretty for a garnish, but it’s fine for the tea.
How many calories in the peach tea if you don’t add sugar? Wasn’t sure if the peaches added calories on their own. Thank you.
If you don’t mash up the peaches, there should be no calories added from the peaches.
