How to Store Celery to Make it Last

Are you tired of opening the vegetable drawer and finding soggy, browned celery that ends up in the landfill? This tip can save you money. Celery can actually last a month in your vegetable drawer.

When you return home from the store, remove the celery from the plastic bag. Cut a large piece of aluminum foil and wrap the celery tightly.

Trim any browned tips from the celery weekly. Rewrap in the foil. Give it a try and let me know how long yours lasted in the crisper drawer.
