Making a St. Patrick’s Day Charcuterie Board is a fun, easy way to celebrate the holiday. It only takes a few minutes to put together and can be scaled to serve two or a crowd.
Slice cheeses and meats into bite-sized pieces. Arrange on serving board.
½ pound brie cheese, ½ pound favorite cheddar, ½ pound muenster cheese, 1 pound corned beef
Wash and prepare all fruit into bite-sized pieces. Arrange on serving board.
1 bunch green grapes, 1 whole kiwi, 1 apple
Serve with broken chunks of bread, assorted crackers and a glass of wine.
1 large loaf fresh, crusty bread, such as French or Ciabatta

Any other of your favorites? Bananas don't work well because they brown so quickly. Apples, peaches, or anything that browns can be tossed into lemon juice before adding to the board.
