chive blossom vinegar

Instructions
Add
chive blossom vinegar
, honey salt and pepper to a pint jar.
½ cup chive blossom vinegar,
1 teaspoon kosher salt,
½ teaspoon cracked black pepper,
2 Tbsp honey
Pour in mild flavored oil.
1 cup oil
Shake well. serve immediately.

Make
Chive Blossom Vinegar
before hand.
How to store dressing
Store this chive vinegar in the refrigerator. Allow the vinaigrette to sit on counter for at least 30 minutes before using. Shake well before serving.
How to use chive vinaigrette
Use as a dressing for green salads to add a mild chive taste.
Use it for a marinade for chicken, beef or pork.
Add it to potato or macaroni salad, coleslaw or any other salads you like.
Add it place of apple cider vinegar in your favorite recipes.
Use it as a sandwich condiment with lots of fresh greens.
