Tightly wrap foil around potatoes and seal. Use 2 sheets, if needed.
Grill on warming rack, or off of the direct heat (indirect grilling) for 30-45 minutes until potatoes are soft when pierced with fork.
**Notes**These potatoes are best indirect grilled, meaning they should be placed on the side of the grill that has no flame under it.Lid should be kept closed when indirect grilling. Turn foil pack occasionally. The side nearest the flames will be hotter.
