This is the easiest dip ever! Made with tiny canned shrimp, and canned cab meat, it literally takes about 5 minutes! Great for a last minute addition to your Superbowl Party! I’ve been making this recipe for ages. Sometimes I add the canned crabmeat and other times I don’t, depending on what I have in the pantry. You don’t really have to use the green onion and parsley but they add to the eye appeal!
Let the cream cheese soften on the counter for about 1 hour. Thinly slice the green tops of two green onions. Finely chop about one heaping tablespoon of fresh parsley. Mix all of the rest of the ingredients together in a medium bowl and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least an hour to let the flavors mingle.
Great with crudités for dipping or crackers as a spread. a wonderful addition for anytime you need a quick appetizer or dip!
