I have been having fun going through some of the recipes I did when I first started and improving the pictures! Click here to see how far I’ve come! Not bad? Huh?
This post was originally published for the Superbowl party that we had in 2015. I can’t believe it’s been 3 years this month that I have been having fun with this little blog! It has been a ton of work, more than ever imagined in 2014! It has also been very rewarding! I have met and established friendships with bloggers from all over the world! Some of whom I am closer with than friends who live in the same town! That has been a blessing because we all help each other with the day to day trials and tribulations of a food blogger!
Some of my closest friends in the blogging community are;
- Elaine Benoit from Boston and Dishes Delish
Laura Tobin from the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region of the south of France and Your Guardian Chef
Patty Guttly from Monaco and Pattysaveurs
Gabriella Campbell Sydney, Australia and from The Tolerant Table
You can see I wasn’t exaggerating about the all of the world part! There are many others, too! Thanks, peeps!
So, this Shrimp Dip is honestly the easiest, tastiest dip you will ever make! All you have to do is soften the cheese on the counter, add mayonnaise, garlic powder and a can of tiny shrimp. Then just mix it up! If you want to, you can add fresh herbs, like parsley, chives or dill. You can also add a finely chopped scallion or green onion. They add a bit of color and flavor but the garlic powder is the only spice that is mandatory! You can easily make this with crab or a combination of shrimp and crab, such as I did with this dairy free version!
I hope you like this recipe today for 10 Minute Shrimp Dip. What are your favorite dips for a party? I need some inspiration! Leave me a comment down below! It has come to my attention that canned shrimp may not available world wide. Here is a link for no phosphates added canned shrimp if you are interested.
Enjoy! And have fun cooking!
